Plus the ability to update the PDF's any time in real time from anywhere in the world.

The Elements

• Custom Database
  A database can be custom designed with any number of fields that fit your product[s] or business.
• Sharing Data via an API
  We are potentially able to use data that is stored and maintained on a company's servers. If a company has a documented API, or an able technical person that can liaise with our development team, we can determine whether it is optimal to synchronize data direct to avoid duplication and additional data-entry.
• Client Dashboard
  We provide a secure, intuitive on-line data entry, image up-load and PDF publishing area accessible to those you permit from anywhere in the world at any time. Users can view the creation of the PDF as they work.
• Custom PDF Templates
  Fed by the database or API, PDF templates are created customized to your product[s] or business. The PDF's can be 1,2 or dozens of pages and can contain multiple images [pictures, maps, flash]
• Real Time PDF Updating
  One of the true beauties of myBinder is that anytime anything needs to be updated in a PDF it can be changed and republished instantly via the Client Dashboard.
  Example: Raise or lower prices for several products or add additional pages to existing PDF's.
• Language
  myBinder can be produced in any language.
• PDF Library
  Also provided is an on-line library of all the PDF documents created with myBinder which can be selected with an internal search engine.
